In August 2024, they came to us with a lackluster digital presence, looking to improve their organic rankings and to generate leads.

The Problem

This client had a lackluster online presence due to some controversial cases they had taken in the past. This presence was coupled with a website that lacked keyword direction and optimization, resulting in poor rankings for common industry searches.

The Solution

We knew we had our work cut out for us. We had to find a way to push the site past all the controversy and get it to rank well for commercial and transactional keywords. This way, the firm could start generating qualified leads and converting them to satisfied customers. To accomplish this feat, we would need to craft both a successful SEO strategy and content strategy that were focused on building up the site’s authority in Google’s eyes to improve search rankings. 

We started by crafting a sitemap of the firm’s website. During this process, we mapped out the entire website and assigned each page a target keyword that we would optimize the content around. Once we created the site map, it was time to put the content strategy in motion. 

The content strategy was centered around optimizing every page on the site using Google’s EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) guidelines. This content was focused on ranking for different commercial and transactional keywords to generate leads organically. The goal was to produce 60 optimized pieces of content over the course of the year. This strategy would help build up the site’s trustworthiness and authority in Google’s eyes, leading to better overall rankings for keywords.

The Results

Before implementing the SEO and content strategies in August 2024, the firm’s website ranked on the first page of Google for only 46 keywords. Of those 46 keywords, only 18 of them were commercial and transactional intent keywords, or, in other words, the ones that would drive organic leads. By August 2025, the data showed a different tale—one of success. The site was now ranking on the first page for 165 keywords, 85 of which were commercial and transactional intent keywords.

The organic search wins didn’t stop there! Average impressions grew from 8,970 in August 2024 to 28,868 in August 2025. Average website traffic from organic search increased from 1,087 in August 2024 to 3,169 just one year later.

We had successfully brought the firm back to a prominent and positive position in search. This new search position was able to land the client 28 leads for their highest priority cases.
