What we need from you

  • Prior experience working within the digital marketing space (preferably 3-5 years)
  • Willingness and ability to exemplify core agency principles: Caring, Curiosity, Competitiveness
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of:
    • Link building
    • Keyword research
    • Technically optimizing websites
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Search Console
    • SEMrush
    • Ahrefs
  • Experience in transforming data into decisions
  • Possess a strong passion for testing data and metrics and maintain a curious approach to discover digital insights
  • The capacity to make it in a fast-paced, strategy-driven work environment
  • An eagerness and hunger to learn 
  • Confident and effective communication skills as you will be sharing ideas and results both internally and externally

responsibilities

This position is responsible for implementing best SEO practices, collaborating on SEO strategy, and managing day-to-day execution of SEO programs. This position will work closely with other teams across the agency to gather strategic and tactical input, understand objectives, and prepare appropriate solutions for clients, then be able to explain those recommendations to the client and tie them back to the clients goals.

Core Competency Areas

The role spans three critical domains – technical SEO (site architecture, mobile optimization, page speed), content strategy (keyword research, on-page optimization, content creation), and off-site authority building (link campaigns, domain authority improvement). This position requires a solid understanding and curiosity of how SEO has evolved beyond simple keyword stuffing to encompass the entire user experience.

Collaborative Framework

The role heavily emphasizes cross-functional collaboration – working with internal teams, external partners, and client communication. This reflects the reality that effective SEO requires coordination across development, content, marketing, and business strategy teams.
